Fall is in the air and we're Celebrating Local Apples with our Farm Apple Week Menu — featuring “Just Picked” Apples From Melick’s Town Farm!

Start off with an apple based cocktail from our bar
Backwoods Moonshine made with Michter’s Bourbon, Applejack, cider and cinnamon or a
Cider Toddy which has warm cider, Schonauer Apfel, cranberry bitters. For something a little lighter, we're pouring Sam Smith Organic Hard Cider (UK 5%); Melick’s Farm Apple Wine and Melick’s Farm Cider, both made in Oldwick, NJ.

Apple themed starters include Apple – Andouille Gumbo, and Orchard Salad with apple, crisp prosciutto, walnut, smoked cheddar, shaved fennel, endive, watercress, cider vinaigrette or an Apple – Potato Pancake served with house pastrami, pickled red cabbage and a mustard crème fraiche.

Special Entrees are Cider Braised Pork Shank with cheddar grits, Brussels sprout, cider jus; Apple-Ham Hock Orecchiette brie, spinach, walnut and roasted garlic; or Grilled Brook Trout apple – bacon “meunière”, cider braised baby carrot with smashed fingerling.

For your sweet tooth, Apple Desserts are Apple Fritter Local Honey, Vanilla ice cream Apple Crunch Brown sugar Apple, Cinnamon Ice Cream, crisp filo nest and apple flavored Scoops: Apple Pie Ice Cream, Candy Apple Sorbet.
