With the coming of fall we are excited about the locally farmed apples from 10th generation Melick's Farm in Oldwick, NJ. We will feature many of their varieties in our special apple menu this week. Start with your evening with our Apple Snap Cocktail served in a Mason Jar. Enjoy our Foie Gras Terrine served with cider syrup, Venison with Fuji apple sauce and finish with Warm Apple Fritters with Local Honey. Take a bite out of autumn at the Tavern.
