Grown fresh and delivered daily, we're celebrating with a special menu using farm fresh corn from Melick's Town Farm in Oldwick. They have been farming in the area for 10 generations since 1725
Start your meal with one of our specialty COBB-TAILS from the bar, followed up with Truffle Popcorn Basket, Black Bean Corn Salad, and Baby Shrimp Corn “Succotash” sauté. For main courses try the Crab Corn Cakes (lump crab, ancho chili cream, corn salsa, long beans) Cornmeal Crusted Brook Trout (chanterelle mushroom, bacon, corn, baby kale, heirloom tomato) and also Chili Rubbed Beef Tenderloin (with corn whisky sauce, baby zucchini, roasted poblano creamed corn).
We're also offering side dishes of Grilled Cobb Corn and Corn Bread for the table and of course, specialty desserts showcasing sweet fresh corn!
