Join us for Eat Drink Local Week and celebrate the bounty of NJ grown foods.

Throughout the year, we work closely with local purveyors to serve quality locally sourced food and ingredients. This week provides a showcase of what's good and currently in season!

From the bar we're mixing up a Sugar Plum Fizz, featuring Melick’s Farm sugar plum and Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur; Melick’s Farm Ginger Hard Cider and Melick's wines. In the kitchen we're preparing Uncle Bill’s Farm Gazpacho served with garlic crostini; Flocktown Farm Chioggia Beet & Honeydew salad, and a selection of Bobolink farm cheeses with house crackers, grilled Melick's peach and NJ honey

Main courses include Viking Village Sea Scallop with summer squash “fettucine”, heirloom tomato broth, basil, Goffle Farm Fried Chicken accompanied with succotash of corn, tomato, pea greens, green onion, Fossil Farm Porcetta with stewed plum, shishito pepper, arugula-fennel salad. 

Our Eat Drink Local week special dessert isMelick's Farm Peach Buckle Cake with opal basil ice cream, oat praline and berry compote.
