Our Chefs Jeff Callahan and Phil Rochat selected the winners. Jeff and Phil have 25+ combined years at the Tavern and Jeff came up with the Burger Night concept!

The Winning Burger goes to Karli Ribsam for the“Figgy BoBo” – a burger with goat cheese, bacon, fig preserves, fresh fig, frizzy onion strings and arugula!

2nd place goes to Joe Katz for the “Sloppy Joe” – two thin patties, grilled onion, swiss, cole slaw, Russian, served on rye bread!

Since September 2020 we have been sourcing beef from River Bend Farm — a local supplier of natural pasture raised Angus Beef— which we use daily to grind and prepare our in-house hamburgers.
