Meet Jesus Parisaca, known as “JP” to family and friends at Gladstone Tavern. JP’s career in the Food Service industry started after graduating from Bernard’s High School in 1998 when he worked in the kitchen at Monterey Gourmet and then at Limestone café.
JP has been a loyal and dedicated employee for 11 years (and counting) since the opening of Gladstone Tavern in 2006. Although he had a culinary background, he was hired as a server and now Captain of our Banquet Service Department.
JP’ love for hospitality and Food Service led him to open his own business “JP’s Deli and Catering” at 27 Union Avenue in Somerville, NJ. this past July.
Come say “hi” to JP and our other great staff members at Gladstone Tavern.
