Since September 2020 we have been sourcing beef from River Bend Farm — a local supplier of natural pasture-raised beef — which we are using daily to grind our in-house hamburgers.
River Bend Farm is located only minutes away in Far Hills, NJ.
The burgers taste great, are natural, healthy and we are proud to be supporting local farmers. River Bend Farm’s Angus cows live a happy and healthy life — rotationally grazing on lush grass and clover pastures, with a small amount of wholesome grains to achieve the desired amount of marbling and tenderness.
